In the last month, 79 projects in the field of Hotel/ Relaxation, as well as sport and culture centers were identified in search of offers from builders and designers, according to data from the Victa.ro construction sites database. Bihor is at the top of the counties with the most such investments, with 6 projects, according to the consultants’ own platform, HotelInvest.
In the Bucharest-Ilfov area there are five new projects, and in Timiș, Constața, Suceava, Vâlcea there are 4 each.
Among the biggest new projects needing bids from builders is the rehabilitation of the Palace of Culture in Târgu-Mureș, a 3-story building of 14,410 sqm. A call for general contracting services is being announced for this project. Work on this project started in 2017. Three years after starting the procedures for the rehabilitation of the objective, the county administration found out that it had wrongly estimated the works by 31%, writes local publication msnews.ro. That means more than 3 million lei are still needed to complete the work.

The top county with the most such investments is the seaside county of Constanta, with 34 projects, according to data published on its own platform, Hotelinvest.ro. There are 25 projects in the pipeline in Bucharest, plus another 14 in Ilfov, 24 in Bihor, and 21 in Cluj.
