Endava, the British software company present on the local market with 7 delivery centers in Romania, is expanding in three more cities in the country, the group announces. The company currently employs more than 3,000 people in Romania, working for customers in industries such as payments, financial services, TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) and logistics. The company is still looking for software developers, testers, application management engineers, data experts, support staff, analysts, project managers and software architects.
The company now has centres in Brasov, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, Targu-Mures and Pitesti and is opening in Craiova, Sibiu and Suceava.
The British company announced in September this year that it is making a permanent switch to hybrid working, which gives employees the opportunity to work both from the office and from home, depending on the needs and responsibilities of each team. The company also offers everyone the opportunity to work from abroad for up to 20 days in each foreign country. Teams working within Endava can come to the office for joint activities, but also for training programs, internship programs, workshops or any other activities where face-to-face interaction is preferred.
“The demand for our digital services has been growing at an accelerated pace globally lately, which gives us the opportunity to develop new hubs and attract new talent to our regional teams. Romania has always been an extremely important market for our development, as here we have extremely talented software engineers as well as one of the best internet infrastructures in Europe. The move to hybrid working has also given us more flexibility at company level and the possibility to open new centers in communities where we are not yet present but which have a very high growth potential, such as Craiova, Sibiu and Suceava”, said Claudiu Constantinescu, Regional Manager, Central Europe, Endava.
